For anyone who desires to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, here are a few variations of salvation prayers:

1. Prayer of Salvation:

o “Dear Lord, I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself only. I am sorry, and I repent. I ask you to forgive me. I believe that you died on the cross for me, to save me. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life; I give it to you. From this day forward, help me to live every day for you and in a way that pleases you. I love you, Lord, and I thank you that I will spend all eternity with you. Amen.”

2. Short Salvation Prayer:

o “Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for my sin. Please forgive me. Come into my life. I receive You as my Lord and Savior. Now, help me to live for you the rest of this life. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.”

Remember that there is no specific formula for salvation prayers. What matters most is the sincerity of your heart. God knows what is in our hearts, and our words aren’t all that important. The Bible says, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9-10, NIV).
